Safe into Santiago, and a wander aroud the main square (Plaza de Armas) until we check in
including an early samplng of local produce
Then, into our apartment, with its terrific views from the terrace into the plaza
(including the evening entertainment!)
But meanwhile, a stroll a few blocks for a fishy lunch at the Mercado Central
before gentle familiarisation of the local sights
